Aegis General Insurance Agency Inc. is seeking a full-time, remote Inside Marketing Representative to join its Marketing team. Founded in 1977 and acquired by San Diego-based K2 Insurance Services in 2013, Aegis General continues to expand its product offerings and distribution by developing new insurance programs and increasing the size and geographic diversity of its marketing, sales, and support staff.

Position Description
The Inside Marketing Representative will play a key role in maximizing sales of Aegis General insurance products by building and maintaining strong relationships with retail producers and distribution partners nationwide.
This is a performance-driven, relationship-focused role ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities<div><ul><li>
Manage and grow producer relationships in target states</li><li>
Conduct outbound calls to new and existing partners</li><li>
Prospect and onboard new distribution partners</li><li>
Promote Aegis products and brand awareness</li><li>
Collaborate internally to support growth initiatives</li><li>
Gather market and competitor insights</li><li>
Support partner onboarding, training and activation</li><li>
Assist with digital marketing, email management, and social media</li><li>
Support team projects and occasional travel for events</li></ul></div>
Qualifications<div><ul><li>
Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>
Self-motivated, competitive, and results driven</li><li>
Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Flexibility to travel frequently / attend business-related events outside usual business hours.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, marketing, communications, risk management, or similar major preferred</li><li>
3+ years&rsquo; experience in insurance sales/service or business-to-business account management preferred</li><li>
P&amp;C insurance producer license, CPCU, CIC or other relevant industry designations preferred.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li></ul>
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 USD/Per year</div>
