 Requirements
 
 
 
 Family Office &amp; Financial Oversight
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage personal and household accounts, investment portfolio , budgeting, and financial reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with banks, auditors, and investment advisors
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee insurance renewals (property, health, art, and vehicles)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Investment Portfolio Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track and summarize investment holdings, deposits, and returns across asset classes
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain schedules, statements, and performance dashboards in coordination with financial institutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Principal in investment due diligence and documentation
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Property &amp; Estate Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise daily operations of the Palm Jumeirah residence
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the family's wider property portfolio, interfacing with tenants, facility management, and service providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee property maintenance contracts with multiple vendors to ensure service quality and cost efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle leases, rent collections, renewals, and documentation
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Procurement &amp; Vendor Relations
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Source and manage vendor relationships for household, property requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain procurement logs and ensure compliance and cost control
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Events, Hospitality &amp; Travel
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and oversee family events, gatherings, and hospitality arrangements
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and occasionally accompany family travel, ensuring seamless execution
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Staff &amp; Administration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise and coordinate household staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the single liaison between the Principal, vendors, tenants, and advisors
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strict confidentiality and professional representation at all times
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Candidate Profile
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Graduate in any discipline - strengths in Maths and Finance, or Administration preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: 8-12 years in family office, private estate, or luxury hospitality management
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, financial, and administrative skills with exposure to investment management
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage multiple vendor contracts and property maintenance agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, polished, and adaptable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Culturally aware, well-traveled, and comfortable operating in a global UHNW environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible to travel and manage varying schedules with discretion and composure
 
 
 </li>
