Salary Range: PKR 40,000 &ndash; 45,000 Qualification: 3-Year Diploma (DAE Civil) or BE/BSc Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 3&ndash;4 years of relevant site experience Location Preference: Lahore (preferred) Requirement: Personal bike is mandatoryJob Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise civil, grey structure, and interior renovation works at site.</li><li>Ensure work execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, labor, and vendors for smooth site operations.</li><li>Monitor quality of work, workmanship, and material usage.</li><li>Maintain daily site progress reports and work schedules.</li><li>Ensure health &amp; safety compliance at site.</li><li>Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.</li><li>Coordinate with the project engineer and head office for instructions and reporting.</li><li>Verify measurements and quantities for executed work.</li><li>Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline, and site management.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong understanding of civil works, grey structure, finishing, and renovation activities.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.</li><li>Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple site activities independently.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Site-based role</li><li>May require extended working hours, depending on project requirements.</li></ul>Note:Candidates are advised to carefully review the salary range and job requirements before applying.Job Types: Full-time, New-GradPay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
