We&rsquo;re seeking a driven and innovative Marketing Manager to lead campaigns, grow our brand, and connect with fashion-conscious consumers globally.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and Execute Marketing StrategyLead strategic planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and seasonal launches.</li><li>Brand ManagementEnsure consistent brand messaging and identity across all channels&mdash;digital, print, events, and retail.</li><li>Digital Marketing &amp; Social MediaManage and optimize social media presence, email marketing, SEO/SEM efforts, and paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.</li><li>Content Creation OversightCollaborate with creative teams and influencers to produce compelling content for lookbooks, campaigns, social media, and product launches.</li><li>Influencer &amp; PR PartnershipsIdentify and manage relationships with fashion influencers, stylists, PR agencies, and media to enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Market &amp; Trend AnalysisMonitor fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.</li><li>Event PlanningPlan and execute brand activations, fashion shows, pop-ups, and seasonal events in key markets.</li><li>Analytics &amp; ReportingUse tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM data to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Communications, or related field.</li><li>6-8 years of marketing experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and fashion retail cycles.</li><li>Exceptional communication and project management skills.</li><li>Creative flair with a sharp eye for branding and design aesthetics.</li><li>Experience working with influencers, stylists, or in PR is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics is desirable.</li></ul>Preferred Qualities<ul><li>Passion for fashion, trends, and pop culture</li><li>Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail</li><li>Results-driven with a growth mindset</li><li>Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
