 Role Overview
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, finance, and operations and be responsible to grow and scale AEON Abaya&rsquo;s business in Kuwait and GCC. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to grow into senior leadership over time.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, positioning, and strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong understanding of the Kuwait market: customer preferences, purchase drivers, and fashion trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Track competitor pricing, promotions, product positioning, and media activity
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel campaigns digital, social, email, content, events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop annual marketing plan aligned with sales targets and expansion goals
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Plan and execute promotional calendars (Ramadan/Eid, National Holidays, summer sales, back-to-school, year-end), Launch product campaigns and seasonal collections
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with sales teams to drive showroom traffic and improve conversion through marketing-led initiatives.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Create in-store marketing materials (POS, banners, offers, product highlights) to support sales closing.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Allocate and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research, analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior to find opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee content creation, ensuring brand consistency and voice across all touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and report findings and ROI to senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with and manage external agencies and strategic partners.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Experience

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in marketing, sales and business development with start-up experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in digital marketing, market analysis, and brand management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills, analytical, and a strategic thinker
 </li>
