 Role Overview
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal fashion designer candidate should be able to create stylish designs, select fabrics, and develop concepts based on current fashion trends and communicate well with the production team to ensure the concept is accurately completed.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and develop fashion concepts and sketches
 </li>
 <li>
 Select fabrics, colors, and materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with production and tailoring teams to ensure accuracy of production
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee fittings and final design adjustments
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate well and smoothly with the production team on expectations and requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Create collections based on seasons, events, festivals, fashion trends, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating tech packs (measurements, specification, fabric, trims, cuts, etc.) for bulk manufacturing.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Experience

 Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in designing Arab fashion wear
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge materials, garment construction and fabric sourcing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in drawing, 3D modeling software and Adobe Illustrator.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience creating tech packs (measurements, specification, fabric, trims, cuts, etc.) for manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of sizing standards for the regional market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of regional market trends to ensure relevance in designs.
 </li>

 The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, finance, and operations and be responsible to grow and scale AEON Abaya&rsquo;s business in Kuwait and GCC. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to grow into senior leadership over time.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, positioning, and strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong understanding of the Kuwait market: customer preferences, purchase drivers, and fashion trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Track competitor pricing, promotions, product positioning, and media activity
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel campaigns digital, social, email, content, events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop annual marketing plan aligned with sales targets and expansion goals
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Plan and execute promotional calendars (Ramadan/Eid, National Holidays, summer sales, back-to-school, year-end), Launch product campaigns and seasonal collections
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with sales teams to drive showroom traffic and improve conversion through marketing-led initiatives.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Create in-store marketing materials (POS, banners, offers, product highlights) to support sales closing.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Allocate and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research, analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior to find opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee content creation, ensuring brand consistency and voice across all touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and report findings and ROI to senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with and manage external agencies and strategic partners.
 </li>
