<p>We are looking for a seasoned and highly motivated <b>Senior Product Marketing Manager</b> to own key areas of Aera's go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and category thought leadership. This is a senior individual contributor role that requires both strategic thinking and a strong bias for execution &mdash; someone who can define a compelling narrative, bring products to market with impact, and equip the sales team to win in a competitive landscape.</p>

You will work closely with product management, sales, demand generation, and executive leadership, operating with a high degree of autonomy and cross-functional influence. This role reports directly to the SVP of Product Marketing and is a critical contributor to how Aera defines, grows, and leads the Decision Intelligence category.</p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Product Launches &amp; Go-to-Market</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Own the <b>end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution</b> for product launches, including market segmentation, positioning, launch planning, and post-launch measurement.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Partner closely with <b>product management</b> to deeply understand the roadmap and translate upcoming capabilities into market-ready value propositions ahead of launch.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Develop and maintain <b>solution-level messaging frameworks</b> for priority use cases, verticals, and buyer personas that are used consistently across marketing and sales.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Collaborate with demand generation, content, and field marketing teams to ensure <b>launches land with impact</b> &mdash; driving awareness, pipeline, and adoption.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Define and track <b>launch success metrics</b>, providing post-launch analysis and recommendations to optimize future GTM execution.</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Sales Enablement</b></h3>

<li><p>Develop a comprehensive suite of <b>high-impact sales enablement content</b> &mdash; including pitch decks, solution briefs, ROI tools, objection-handling guides, and demo frameworks &mdash; that empowers the sales team to engage buyers and close deals.</p>

<li><p>Partner with sales leadership to understand <b>field needs and pain points</b>, ensuring enablement content is grounded in real-world selling scenarios and continuously refined based on feedback.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Build and maintain <b>competitive battlecards and positioning guides</b> that give sales the confidence and clarity to win against key alternatives in the market.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Drive <b>sales onboarding and ongoing training</b> in partnership with sales leadership, ensuring new and tenured reps are fluent in Aera's messaging, differentiation, and value propositions.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Establish a feedback loop between sales and product marketing to ensure <b>content remains current, relevant, and effective</b> as the product and competitive landscape evolve.</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Competitive Intelligence</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Own Aera's <b>competitive intelligence program</b>, monitoring the market for competitor product updates, messaging shifts, pricing changes, and strategic moves.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Synthesize competitive research into <b>clear, actionable insights</b> for sales, product, and executive stakeholders &mdash; ensuring the organization is never caught off guard by competitive dynamics.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Maintain and regularly refresh a <b>competitive landscape overview</b>, including win/loss analysis and positioning recommendations, distributed to key internal stakeholders.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Partner with product management to ensure <b>competitive insights inform roadmap prioritization</b> and product positioning decisions.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Track and analyze <b>win/loss data</b> in partnership with sales operations, surfacing trends and recommendations to improve competitive win rates over time.</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Category &amp; Thought Leadership</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Serve as a key contributor to Aera's <b>Decision Intelligence category strategy</b>, helping to define and evolve the narrative that positions Aera as the market leader and category creator.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Develop <b>thought leadership content and frameworks</b> &mdash; including white papers, point-of-view documents, executive presentations, and contributed articles &mdash; that advance Aera's category authority.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Partner with the communications team to ensure <b>category messaging is consistently represented</b> in media, analyst, and executive communications.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Identify and develop <b>speaking and content opportunities</b> that elevate Aera's voice in the market, including industry events, analyst briefings, and owned media.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Monitor <b>market trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in buyer priorities</b>, synthesizing insights into forward-looking narratives that keep Aera ahead of the conversation.</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Analyst Briefings</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Support the <b>preparation and delivery of analyst briefings</b> with key industry firms including Gartner and IDC, developing compelling briefing narratives and supporting materials in collaboration with the SVP of Product Marketing and product management.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Research analyst coverage areas, recent publications, and market perspectives to ensure <b>internal spokespeople are well-prepared</b> for each engagement.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Contribute to <b>analyst evaluation submissions</b> (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, IDC MarketScape) by providing messaging, positioning input, and supporting documentation.</p>
</li>
</ul>Ensure that <b>insights and feedback from analyst engagements</b> are captured, synthesized, and shared with relevant internal stakeholders to inform product and marketing strategy.</div></div></div></div></div>

<li><p>5&ndash;8 years (or more) of experience in <b>product marketing</b>, with a demonstrated track record of operating with senior-level scope and autonomy in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.</p>

<li><p>Proven ability to <b>lead complex product launches</b> end-to-end and develop messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong experience building <b>sales enablement programs and content</b> that demonstrably improve sales effectiveness and win rates.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Demonstrated ability to <b>own and operate a competitive intelligence function</b>, turning market data into actionable insights.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience contributing to <b>category creation or thought leadership</b> initiatives in a fast-moving technology market.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for <b>both technical and business audiences</b>.</p>

<li><p>Comfortable operating with high autonomy while <b>managing multiple workstreams</b> and influencing senior stakeholders across functions.</p>

<div>Compensation for this position consists of a maximum $185,000 salary + meaningful equity.</div>
