Job Description 
Summary
The Shipping Coordinator II performs duties related to the packaging, labeling, and shipping of finished goods. Communicates and coordinates with transportation companies. Handles routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle. Confirms the accuracy of invoices, bills and charges relative to the shipment of goods. Logs order information into the computer and files and distributes paperwork as necessary. Maintains records and generates reports for accounting and other areas.
Position Responsibilities<ul><li>
Executes shipping processes including packaging, labeling and shipment of product</li><li>
Identifies shipping requirements and best routes and methods for delivery to meet customer requirements</li><li>
Coordinate shipments for commercial, DoD and international conveyance including all necessary documentation, schedule freight shipments with freight forwarders and carriers, verify shipments&rsquo; compliance integrity</li><li>
Identifies, tracks and maintains all necessary materials and documentation to support internal and external audits</li><li>
Responsible for implementing best practices including safety requirements and maintaining desk procedures</li><li>
Demonstrates ability to handle shipping domestically and navigate requirements &amp; restrictions</li><li>
Works with Shipping Supervisor and Senior Shipping Clerk on all aspects of the operation</li><li>
Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks</li><li>
Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice</li><li>
Follows established procedures on routine work, requiring instructions only on new assignments</li></ul>
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills &amp; Experience)<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
HAZMAT ground and air shipping certification preferred</li><li>
1 &ndash; 2 years of related experience</li><li>
Experience supporting FAA and DOT audits</li><li>
Experience utilizing UPS, DHL or FedEx online shipping system</li><li>
Prior forklift experience and/or certification is preferred</li></ul>

Job Description 
The Target Analyst Reporter prioritizes, assesses, evaluates and reports information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, combined with related collateral sources when appropriate to provide synthesized product to customers. The Target Analyst Reporter writes reports which may require significant editing; may require assistance in determining reportability of an activity; requires assistance in locating reportable information (i.e. can only run basic queries or may require raw information to be provided); may require assistance in determining the focus of report; is familiar with basic SIGINT reporting policies; may require familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories to conduct research that would enhance reporting the ability to pull information from multiple sources and combine it into reports/products in response to requests by management and external customers; and requires mentorship and/or significant guidance from Government personnel.
At least eight (8) years demonstrated experience as a Target Analyst supporting the IC or USG military is required. At least two (2) of the years of experience must have been within the last 5 years.

In this role you will be part of AV's team providing Systems Engineering Technical Assistance to the Missile Defense Agency Ground-based Midcourse Dense (MDA/GMD) Product Office under the Teams-Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering (TN-MDSE) contract managed by the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
Job Description:<ul><li>
Conduct analysis of interceptor missile system and/or launch and ground system structures, structural mechanics, failure modes, and fatigue analysis.</li><li>
Support missile/ground system structural requirements development, coordination and verification activities in support of the MDA/GMD Product Office.</li><li>
Support and lead multi-disciplinary Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM) and Working Groups (WG) with missile defense Government and Industry partners.</li><li>
Coordinate and support execution of TIMs and/or WGs in the absence of Government Product Office Chairs. Document activities, actions, and Executive Summaries of structural analysis TIMs and WGs.</li></ul>
Required:<ul><li>
Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) field</li><li>
Minimum of 12+ years of related professional experience in mechanical/aerospace structural analysis</li><li>
Active Secret Clearance</li><li>

AV is looking for a highly talented Missile Defense System (MDS) Strategic Architecture Engineer to join our team! In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) Architecture Design &amp; Development (MDA/CAL) office working to develop future Missile Defense architectures addressing ballistic and hypersonic missile threats to protect the homeland, regional Warfighters, and allies. As contract support, you will also be responsible for strategic planning, gap analysis, evaluating emerging technologies, creating digital architecture roadmaps, and defining top-level architecture requirement packages.<ul><li>
Develop and coordinate comprehensive missile defense courses of action (COA) for future architectures to defeat evolving threats.</li><li>
Prepare and deliver briefings in support of requirements packages.</li><li>
Assist with identifying, defining, and prioritizing missile defense architecture gaps, challenges, needs, opportunities, and potential system mitigations.</li><li>
Develop missile defense Blue Force and Red Force laydowns as well as intel-informed raid scenarios using a pacing threat set.</li><li>
Develop measures of effectiveness and architecture needs statements and coordinate iterative analysis on these architectures.</li><li>
Analyze and document performance of architecture options and future concepts implemented in these scenarios.</li><li>
Assist in the development of top-level architecture needs documentation to support requirements development as well the acquisition of new capabilities and prototypes.</li><li>
Develop and review technical memorandums, white papers, and briefings supporting findings and conclusions of analyses.</li><li>
Support working groups and technical interchange meetings to coordinate across the community a variety of topics to include: Future concepts, architecture needs, and data exchange.</li><li>
Provide regular input in support of government leadership to reports and weekly charts involving task status, action item tracking, risks, and schedule.</li></ul>
