As a Sr. Software Engineer (Applications) one works with and is mentored by a talented group of engineers in a fast moving, collaborative Agile development environment. In this role, one plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.</div><div></div><div>

Understands the requirements and process. Participates in and leads software design reviews</li><li>
Creates software design documentation according to software process requirements</li><li>
Implements coding according to coding standard. Writes a unique test, and validate software according to the process. Contributes to process improvement efforts</li><li>
Delivers work on time according to agreed completion dates and project schedule &amp; budget</li><li>
Supports and derives algorithm design from detailed software requirements</li><li>
Works closely with multiple teams of software developers reusing developed software to support different programs</li><li>
Operates in a continuous learning environment and provides guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers</li><li>
Demonstrates methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead)</li><li>

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills &amp; Experience)</div><div></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or Physics is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience</li><li>
Minimum 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in Windows or Linux application software development. Object Oriented Design experience is required</li><li>
Expertise in one of the following: C# .Net, Java, C++, and/or Web UI</li><li>
Experienced writing unit tests and debugging code</li><li>
Experienced with formal and structured lifecycle development process</li><li>
Experienced with Agile Software Development Process Management</li><li>
Demonstrated mathematical and analytical skills are required</li><li>
Demonstrated familiarity with source code configuration management tools such as SVN and Git as well as familiarity with IDEs and debuggers</li><li>

Summary<br>

The Production Control Clerk III performs clerical tasks in the production control function. One coordinates and controls work orders released to Production as well as goods moving back and forth between Production and Flight Team.</div><div></div><div>
Position Responsibilities</div><div></div><ul><li>
Executes material repair orders when necessary to move product from SMRB to the repair work cell</li><li>
Coordinates and alleviates identified work order part shortages by working closely with Purchasing, Quality and Production Planners</li><li>
Updates and prioritizes the rework board in the production area, coordinating with production planners</li><li>
Proactively monitors and expedites identified shortage parts that are in &lsquo;inspection' status, through quality, stockroom and onto work orders that are waiting for shortage parts</li><li>
Works with the production leads to help move urgent product from one cell to another or through the stockroom</li><li>
Issues items in a timely manner to work orders that are being collected and processed in the sell-off area</li><li>
Notifies planners in a timely manner of rejected, identified shortage parts or rejected production builds</li><li>
Works with Quality to ensure identified shortage parts do not sit in SMRB for an extraordinarily long period</li><li>
Maintains a clean and safe work environment</li><li>
Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues. Follows established procedures on routine work and may require instruction on new assignments</li><li>

High School diploma or GED Equivalent is required</li><li>
Minimum of 2 &ndash;4 years of experience in a production environment or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience</li><li>
Experienced working with MRP systems, material planning, inventory control and the generation and maintenance of work orders is required</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of computerized MRP systems is critical</li><li>
Experienced in and understands inventory control methods and production control techniques is essential</li><li>
Experienced inputting and maintaining demand in a computerized MRP system</li><li>
Demonstrated understanding of Bills of Material structures</li><li>
Has strong computer operation skills as well as proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>

Summary</div><div>
The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing engineering team, ensuring the optimization of production processes, efficient use of resources and knowledge of how to apply automation strategically. The incumbent is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.</div><div></div><div>
Position Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.</li><li>
Coordinate and assign tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.</li><li>
Generates and drives actions from Value Stream Maps to reduce cycle time, waste, variation, and low production yields</li><li>
Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.</li><li>
Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Maintain and adapt floor plans for current and future state growth plans</li><li>
