<p>We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help elevate the standard of the function. We are looking for someone who has operated in top-tier SaaS or IaaS environments.</p>

The Mandate</b></h3>

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll operate as a senior peer within an ambitious PMM team, strengthening and operationalizing the strategic direction already in motion.</p>

<ul><li>Pressure-test and refine positioning as the product evolves</li>
<li>Ensure clarity is maintained across Product, Sales, and Marketing</li>
<li>Close the gap between narrative intent and real-world execution</li>

<ul><li>Improve and institutionalize launch processes</li>
<li>Embed PMM earlier and more structurally in the product lifecycle</li>
<li>Ensure major releases land with clarity, proof, and commercial impact</li>
<li>Establish measurable accountability for launch success</li>

<p>This role does not immediately require people management, it does require leadership, with future management opportunity for those interested.</p>

Who This Is For</b></h3>

We are looking for a senior operator who has seen what exceptional PMM looks like and is motivated to help build that standard here.</p>
<p>
You likely have:</p>
<ul>
<li>10&ndash;15+ years in Product Marketing or adjacent strategic roles</li>
<li>Experience in high-growth B2B contexts</li>
<li>A track record of strengthening positioning, launch rigor, and cross-functional alignment</li>
<li>Executive presence and the confidence to challenge constructively</li>
<li>A bias toward clarity, precision, and commercial impact</li>
</ul>
<p>Database experience is welcome but not required.</p>
<p>
What matters most is intellectual depth, structured thinking, and the hunger to understand complex products and markets.</p>
