Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</p></div><p></p><div><p><br>
The FP&amp;A Associate will provide wholistic financial management of a portfolio of ~1GW of thermal and Utility scale renewable power plants in operations.</p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Wholistic financial management includes monthly performance review, monthly forecasting of EBITDA and earnings, annual budgeting, identifying financial risk and opportunities, working with asset management and operations leaders to optimize financial performance</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Support lender and tax equity relationship and reporting</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><br>

Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) including experience with financial reporting, forecasting and analysis across the income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows.</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>
Ability to work effectively with accounting systems, SAP, BPC, Anaplan or similar</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Experience building 3 statement financial models from scratch.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Has experience with financial oversight for renewable power plants or thermal power plant. Coal power plant experience is a plus</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $105,000 and $131,325/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes annual bonus. The benefits offered for this position are: medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (including vacation, sick leave time, and parental leave).
