? Support HR operations &ndash; employee data, HRMS updates, documentation 
? Contribute to HR analytics &amp; reporting (Excel, HR tools) 
? Collaborate on HR technology initiatives (HRMS, ATS, digital onboarding) 
? Drive employee engagement, policy implementation &amp; compliance 
? Gain exposure to L&amp;D, payroll basics &amp; performance management 
 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:

? UG in B.Tech (IT) / B.Sc. (IT) 
? Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills
