Now we need someone to help execute&mdash;and eventually help lead.WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY ISThis is a hands-on marketing role with growth into ownership.You will:Right away:<ul><li>Film, edit, and post content</li><li>Keep content consistent across platforms</li><li>Capture real moments inside the shop</li></ul>Over time:<ul><li>Help plan content and campaigns</li><li>Track performance and results</li><li>Assist with marketing budget decisions</li><li>Take more ownership of overall marketing direction</li></ul>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO<ul><li>Film and edit short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube)</li><li>Post consistently (3&ndash;5x per week)</li><li>Organize and execute content ideas</li><li>Help track what content performs best</li><li>Assist with basic marketing planning and campaigns</li><li>Support in-shop needs when filming (team, clients, environment)</li></ul>WHO YOU AREYou:<ul><li>Have experience with video creation and editing</li><li>Take initiative and don&rsquo;t wait for direction</li><li>Are organized and follow through</li><li>Want to grow into a bigger marketing role</li><li>Are comfortable in a fast-paced, real-world environment</li></ul>You&rsquo;re not just creative&mdash;you execute and improve.EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Video filming and editing experience (required)</li><li>Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube</li><li>Comfortable with content tools and basic analytics</li><li>Interest in marketing strategy and growth</li></ul>WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEFirst 60&ndash;90 days:<ul><li>Consistent content being posted weekly</li><li>Strong improvement in content quality and engagement</li></ul>Longer term:<ul><li>More inbound calls and bookings from content</li><li>Clear direction and organization in marketing</li><li>Ownership of planning and execution</li></ul>HOURS &amp; STRUCTURE<ul><li>Part-time (10&ndash;20 hours/week)</li><li>Mix of in-shop filming + remote editing</li><li>Flexible schedule with clear output expectations</li></ul>WHAT YOU GET<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Creative freedom with direction</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a marketing leadership role</li><li>Direct impact on a growing business</li></ul>FINAL NOTEIf you:<ul><li>Love creating content</li><li>Take ownership of your work</li><li>Want to grow into something bigger than &ldquo;just posting&rdquo;</li></ul>Apply&mdash;we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
