JOB Description

At AESG we are looking for a Senior Consultant - Sustainability to be based in Dubai and work alongside our other specialist disciplines. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated sustainability specialist seeking professional development within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering. 
JOB PURPOSE<ul><li>
Hold responsibility for the overall delivery of the project</li><li>
Manage both the technical and commercial aspects of projects</li><li>
Provides guidance and mentorship to more junior team members</li></ul> 
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
The candidate must have a degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Architecture, or Environmental Science), with further post-graduate education desirable (e.g., Master's degree), along with demonstrated work experience within the field.</li><li>
Generally, a minimum of 4-8 years of professional experience</li><li>
Professional qualification and work experience with the development, and/or implementation of Sustainability Rating Systems such as LEED, Mostadam, Estidama or equivalent.</li><li>
Proven track record of successfully leading a sustainability program, policies, and regulatory frameworks</li><li>
The candidate will be expected to work across numerous software platforms, including Microsoft Office, InDesign, Rhino, and Grasshopper. Knowledge of IES is beneficial.</li>
Must have experience in a consultancy in the UAE

Senior Sustainability Consultant (UAE)

JOB PURPOSE<ul><li>
Deliver Acoustics consultancy service to AESGs clients
</li><li>Execution of projects</li><li>
Primarily building Acoustics design with some environmental acoustics
</li><li>Project management
</li><li>Undertaking acoustic calculations</li><li>
Room acoustic calculations and modeling
</li><li>Environmental noise assessment and noise modeling
</li><li>Developing acoustic design and specifications for building and infrastructure
</li><li>Acoustic measurements, Acoustic report writing, Drawing production, mark-ups, sketches
</li></ul>QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
Bachelors degree in architecture, Engineering or a Bachelors Degree or Post Bachelors qualification (Dip/Msc etc.) in Acoustics, Sound Engineering, Music Technology.</li><li>
Software Experience: Environmental Acoustics such as Cadna or Soundplan Room Acoustics such as EASE, Odeon, CATT, Treble Autocad, SketchUp, Microsoft Suite, Adobe InDesign.</li><li>
Generally, a minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience.</li></ul>
