Job Purpose:<ul><li>
Provide strategic leadership in the planning, development, and delivery of high-profile waste management projects and programmes.</li><li>
Oversee and direct project teams in the execution of complex waste management consultancy assignments.</li><li>
Drive innovation and thought leadership in waste strategy, circular economy, and sustainable infrastructure development.</li><li>
Lead client engagement at senior levels, building long-term partnerships and securing major projects.</li><li>
Take responsibility for the financial performance of projects and contribute to divisional targets.</li><li>

Qualification:<ul><li>
Masters degree in Waste Management, Environmental Engineering/Science, or a related field.</li><li>
At least 10 years of progressive experience in waste management consultancy, with a strong track record of managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of advanced waste treatment, resource recovery, and recycling technologies.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in policy development, strategy formulation, and advisory at government or senior corporate level.</li></ul> 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of large and complex projects, ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.</li><li>
Provide expert strategic advice on waste management policy, planning, and infrastructure development.</li><li>
Develop long-term business strategies to expand AESGs waste management service offerings and market presence.</li><li>
Secure new business through active involvement in proposals, bids, client negotiations, and networking.</li><li>
Mentor and develop senior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.</li><li>
Take ownership of financial management of major projects, ensuring profitability, cost control, and timely delivery.</li><li>

Job Description
AESG are seeking a skilled and motivated MEP Site Supervision Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Independently review material submittals / shop drawings against project specifications and provide comments and status.</li><li>
Independently conduct site inspections in selected discipline and prepare site observation reports and issue Non Conformity Reports as needed.</li><li>
Review design information, tolerances and agreed methods of working.</li><li>
Assess whether test procedures and recorded results demonstrate compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice.</li><li>
Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice.</li><li>
Report issues found to senior team members in a clear, accurate and concise manner.</li><li>
Liaise with contractors' installation and commissioning team in a professional manner.</li><li>
Participate in meetings and workshops regarding discipline when required.</li><li>
Monitor installation, submittals and use of engineering tools adhering to project and commissioning guidelines.</li><li>
Track completion of tasks, prepare lookaheads and trackers for project milestones.</li><li>
Keep daily diary of events and activities under your control, including systems inspected, documents reviewed, and any decision made by authorities on site.</li></ul>
Essential Skills:<ul><li><ul><li>
Bachelors degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of related site experience.</li><li>
Knowledge of Middle East building codes, and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
