The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong creative point of view, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design marketing and promotional materials including flyers, business cards, brochures, and other print collateral as needed</li><li>Create a monthly specials flyer in collaboration with the marketing manager</li><li>Ensure all designs align with Aesthetica&rsquo;s brand identity and visual standards</li><li>Manage design projects from concept through final delivery</li><li>Provide design support for additional marketing initiatives as needed (approximately 5-8 additional projects per year)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>A portfolio showcasing your graphic design work is required.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.</li><li>Strong visual design skills and attention to detail</li><li>2+ years of professional graphic design experience (medical aesthetics or beauty industry experience a plus)</li><li>Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities</li><li>Passionate, hard-working, and takes pride in producing high-quality creative work</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $24.01 - $28.91 per hourExpected hours: 2 &ndash; 4 per weekExperience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
