The Design Manager will lead the design and execution of luxury retail fit-out projects, ensuring creativity, quality, and operational efficiency at every stage. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage design teams, collaborate with project managers, and engage with luxury retail clients to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.Key Responsibilities: -* Lead retail fit-out projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.* Develop, review, and approve detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications.* Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, scalability, and adaptability without compromising on aesthetics or brand standards.* Coordinate with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.* Maintain and enforce design standards and brand compliance across all projects for luxury retail clients.* Mentor, guide, and inspire junior designers and team members to foster professional growth.* Conduct site visits to verify that execution aligns with design intent.* Manage client relationships and deliver compelling presentations, translating client briefs into actionable design solutions.* Stay updated on emerging industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to retail design.Qualifications &amp; Skills: -* Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.* Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in retail fit-out, luxury brand projects, or travel retail design.* Strong proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.* Proven leadership, mentorship, and team management skills.* Strong understanding of project management, budgeting, and cost optimization.* Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality design solutions.* Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.To learn more and explore our projects: https://aesthetixind.com/Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
