We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect/Designer with fit-out experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing innovative interior and architectural solutions across various company divisions. This role requires a strong understanding of client requirements, design trends, and industry standards, along with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion while maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Key Responsibilities:</li></ul>Design &amp; Conceptualization:<ul><li>Visualize and propose concept designs for all company divisions.</li><li>Develop 2D and 3D renders based on client briefs, ensuring designs meet client satisfaction and deadlines.</li><li>Produce detailed technical drawings (TDs) and submission drawings for d&eacute;cor projects as per industry standards.</li><li>Prepare feasibility reports and design proposals aligned with client requirements, building usage, and environmental considerations.</li><li>Keep abreast of architectural and interior design trends, introducing innovative ideas within the team.</li></ul>Project Management &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Control and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality, functional, and innovative design outcomes.</li><li>Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and external contractors for d&eacute;cor and fit-out projects.</li><li>Coordinate activities across design, production, projects, and sales teams.</li><li>Conduct on-site visits to monitor project progress, ensure adherence to standards, and report updates to management.</li><li>Ensure projects remain within budget, timelines, and comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and regulations.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Quality Assurance:<ul><li>Produce detailed blueprints, technical specifications, and make necessary corrections as required.</li><li>Compile comprehensive project documentation and maintain records of design changes.</li></ul>Team Contribution &amp; Professional Development:<ul><li>Actively contribute to the team&rsquo;s workflow, providing guidance and support to colleagues when necessary.</li><li>Take on new responsibilities assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.</li><li>Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all work-related matters.</li></ul>General Expectations:<ul><li>Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing and delegating where appropriate.</li><li>Exhibit strong time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.</li><li>Collaborate as a team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to various roles as required by the company.</li><li>Contribute to achieving organizational goals and maintaining high standards of design excellence.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>M.Tech in Architecture and Planning,Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Suite.</li><li>Strong client-handling, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
