This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online identity through compelling visuals and strategic social media campaigns.Responsibilities<ul><li>Capture high-quality photographs and videos that align with brand standards and marketing goals.</li><li>Edit and enhance visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools to produce polished media assets.</li><li>Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and other management applications.</li><li>Manage daily social media activities including posting, community engagement, and responding to comments to foster strong audience relationships.</li><li>Implement social listening techniques to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities for insights that inform content strategy.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach.</li><li>Analyze web analytics, Google Analytics data, and social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.</li><li>Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding messages across all channels.</li><li>Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand brand reach through collaborations.</li><li>Maintain a consistent brand voice while ensuring proofreading accuracy across all content pieces.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in photography, videography, and visual storytelling with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.</li><li>Familiarity with social media management tools such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of social media marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising, branding, influencer outreach, and community management.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for various platforms.</li><li>Experience in graphic design, public relations, e-commerce integration, and relationship management is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
