Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork.</li><li>Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.</li><li>Assist with employee relations tasks, such as processing leave requests and addressing basic inquiries.</li><li>Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.</li><li>Conduct research and prepare reports on HR-related topics.</li><li>Perform other administrative duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>A passion for learning and a desire to gain experience in the HR field.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹41,742.60 per monthWork Location: In person
