We are looking for a talented Designer / Salesperson who is passionate about design, driven by relationships, and energized by helping clients bring their vision to life.What You'll Do<ul><li>Guide clients through the entire design and sales process, from initial consultation to project completion.</li><li>Create innovative interior designs for kitchens, baths, and whole-home cabinetry designs.</li><li>Develop conceptual designs, specifications, and proposals.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, architects, and interior designers.</li><li>Collaborate closely with project managers and operation teams to ensure a seamless client experience.</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.</li><li>Consistently generate sales while delivering exceptional service and design excellence.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Experience in interior design, cabinetry, kitchen and bath design, architecture, and/or related residential construction sales. 5+ years preferred.</li><li>Ability to form lasting relationships, and be a client's partner, guide, and listener.</li><li>Passion about interior design, and willingness to be involved in the industry.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Creative problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Positive, collaborative attitude and team-first mentality.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable.</li></ul>Bonus Qualifications<ul><li>NKBA, ASID, NCIDQ certification or related design credentials.</li><li>Experience working with luxury, custom, or semi-custom cabinetry brands.</li><li>Existing relationships within the Tucson design/build community.</li><li>Experience with showroom sales environments.</li></ul>Why Affinity?At Affinity, you'll join a design-forward team that values craftsmanship, creativity, professionalism, and relationships.
