JOB PURPOSE: 
Responsible for utilizing creative abilities to assist in the design of prosthetics for patients in need.

Dental Lab Processor Technician

Position Summary: 
CBO / Accounts Receivable Specialists are responsible for working all opens claims over the time frame stipulated by management. The Specialist is responsible for taking all necessary steps needed to status the claim and get the claim paid.
 
Salary: $20-21 per hour. This is a fully remote role. MUST HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE CLAIMS EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.
 
Position Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Working all claims over a certain time frame. This time frame could change as time goes on so we will communicate within the team what parameters we need to stick with.</li>
<li>Status all open claims and do the work either via the portal or making phone calls to see why the claims are not paid.</li>
<li>RCM team is responsible for doing every step possible to complete a claim and get it paid. We will ONLY turn the claim back to the office if we cannot complete the claim.</li>
<li>If a claim needs to be re-submitted then the RCM Specialist working the AR report will be responsible for submitting the claim with all needed attachments and information needed. Do not leave the claim for someone else to submit.</li>
<li>Communicate with the offices effectively and send completed reports to the offices so they will know what they are responsible for working and what our team has assisted them with.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 Ability to interpret and effectively communicate insurance regulations.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Excellent problem-solving skills.Well organized, accurate, and thorough.Adaptable; readily adjusts work schedule to adhere to changes in the work environment and is able to manage competing demands. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
 
Education and Experience Requirements:

<li>HS Diploma degree required; advanced degree preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum three-five years commercial insurance or Medicaid experience preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in medical or dental practice preferred.</li>
</ul>
Computer Skills: 
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency with dental or medical software; Dentrix preferred.</li>

<li>Consistently record information on the treatment router and patient history forms as instructed by the treating dentist</li>
<li>Consistently select appropriate tray sizes for patients’ impression materials, and assist dentist with patient impressions, upon direction from the treating dentist</li>
<li>Upon direction from the treating dentist, demonstrate ability to prepare wax bites</li>
<li>Upon direction and supervision of the treating dentist, and within legal guidelines of expanded duties, assist dentist with adjustments on dentures and denture insertions</li>
<li>Tally time sheets in an accurate and timely manner and give to FDA for dentist approval and signature</li>
<li>Assist treating dentist with surgery</li>
<li>Take and develop x-rays as needed (has certification, where certification is required)</li>
<li>Consistently sterilize instruments with minimal direction, including impression trays and hand piece burs and wipes down equipment after each patient</li>
<li>Escort each patient to the check out area, with appropriate paperwork</li>
<li>Maintain clean work area at all times; participate in daily cleaning duties, including vacuuming and emptying of waste receptacles, cleaning operatories and instruments</li>
<li>Inventory and re-order supplies as instructed</li>
<li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li>
<li>Minimal travel may be required for training and/or continuing education purposes</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Educational Requirements:

Affordable Care, LLC has an immediate opening for a Senior Corporate Paralegal. The Senior Corporate Paralegal will be an integral member of the Legal Department and will support the entire Legal Department in corporate governance, entity management, corporate compliance, file maintenance, outside counsel administration, and special projects. As a Senior Corporate Paralegal, this individual will have a direct professional reporting line to the Assistant General Counsel in the Company’s Legal Department. The Senior Corporate Paralegal will also be expected to assist other members of the Company’s Legal Department as may be required from time to time, based on workloads and overall Company priorities.
 
Summary of Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Lead and coordinate entity management tasks, including preparation of and filings for the formation, maintenance, foreign qualification and dissolution of various types of business entities and maintenance of corporate organizational charts.</li>
<li>Prepare, file, and manage renewals for fictitious business name filings for 400+ supported dental practices.</li>
<li>Manage the Legal Department’s electronic and physical files, including monitoring and implementing document retention policies, safeguarding and organizing documents and files, maintaining the Legal Department file database.</li>
<li>Draft corporate documents, bylaws, subsidiary resolutions and minutes, and other general parent and subsidiary level corporate work.</li>
<li>Support ongoing public company compliance obligations, including secretary of state, dental board and other agency filings and submittals.</li>
<li>Act as primary liaison with U.S. registered agent (i.e., Corporate Service Company)</li>
<li>Provide timely responses to legal requests from other internal functional areas, such as Operations, Tax, Treasury and Accounting, for preparation, review, and analysis of legal documents or research of legal or entity issues.</li>
<li>Analyze and triage real-time situations, coordinate appropriate responses, attend and participate in corporate affairs and Legal Department meetings.</li>
<li>Assist other Legal Department members on matters arising in the course of ongoing business activities.</li>
<li>Implement organizational and recordkeeping initiatives as needed to comply with legal requirements and internal policies and develop and implement standard forms as needed.</li>
<li>Promote confidentiality and discretion to protect sensitive Company information and data.</li>
<li>Other duties as requested, and flexibility to work on special projects and transactions and fill specific needs.</li>
<li>Role may be fully remote, or hybrid in-office in Morrisville, NC, depending on candidate preference.</li>

Minimum Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>3+ years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Function as a team player, with the ability to organize, work independently, manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize, and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate and interact professionally at all levels of the organization, including with senior executives.</li>
