We are strengthening operations and building a team of professionals who take initiative and move cases forward without delay.Position OverviewWe are seeking a confident and decisive Staffing and Scheduling Coordinator to lead intake calls, coordinate caregiver coverage, and ensure services begin efficiently and without interruption.This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a_ growth-phase_ environment where processes evolve and accountability is expected. Initiative is essential.This position requires decisiveness and confidence. Passive or reactive work styles are not a fit.Experience in a home care environment is required.Schedule:<ul><li>Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM</li><li>Participation in an on-call rotation</li><li>Occasional local travel for supervisory visits and community or marketing events</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Paid training</li><li>Paid vacation and sick time</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Bi-weekly payroll</li><li>Stable, office-based role with clear responsibilities</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented work environment</li></ul>Core ResponsibilitiesIntake &amp; Client Communication<ul><li>Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and families</li><li>Lead structured, confident conversations to assess needs</li><li>Clearly explain services and next steps</li><li>Follow up consistently to move cases toward service start</li><li>Convert inquiries into active cases</li></ul>Staffing &amp; Scheduling Coordination<ul><li>Match caregivers to client cases quickly and effectively</li><li>Maintain accurate schedules in advance</li><li>Respond immediately to call-outs, emergencies, and coverage gaps</li><li>Ensure continuity of services at all times</li><li>Participate in after-hours on-call rotation</li></ul>Caregiver Recruitment &amp; Oversight<ul><li>Support sourcing, screening, and onboarding of caregivers</li><li>Maintain organized personnel documentation</li><li>Monitor scheduling reliability and attendance issues</li></ul>Operational Accountability<ul><li>Track intake volume, staffing coverage, and service starts</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized documentation</li><li>Communicate proactively with leadership regarding operational risks</li></ul>Qualifications (Required)<ul><li>Minimum of two years of experience in scheduling, staffing, coordination, or office administration</li><li>High school diploma or GED required; associate&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>Strong computer skills, including data entry, email, and basic office applications</li><li>Experience managing schedules, handling call-outs, coordinating coverage, and maintaining documentation</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple schedules and shifting priorities</li><li>Professional customer service experience</li><li>Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (approximately 20 percent)</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Dependable, accountable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required</li></ul>This Role Is a Good Fit For Someone Who<ul><li>Has real experience managing schedules and staffing coordination</li><li>Takes ownership of outcomes and follows through on responsibilities</li><li>Communicates clearly and professionally</li><li>Values accuracy, structure, and organization</li><li>Is comfortable working in an office environment with defined expectations</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>This role requires managing schedules, responding to call-outs, and adjusting coverage quickly.
