Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Full-time Office Assistant to join our team! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational skills while contributing to a professional and friendly workplace.Responsibilities<ul><li>This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (most federal and state holidays off).</li><li>Greet visitors warmly at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and directing them appropriately</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take detailed messages with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including document proofreading and record keeping</li><li>Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or clients</li><li>Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, order processing, and basic bookkeeping and invoices.</li><li>Handle clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and preparing correspondence</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred; familiarity with office management practices is a plus</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable (but not necessary) to assist diverse client needs</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, proofreading, and customer service enhances your candidacy</li><li>Knowledge of nurse assistant duties and personal assistant experience is a plus but not required</li><li>Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently</li></ul>Join us as an Office Assistant to be a key part of our vibrant team!
