We are looking for a highly organized Delivery &amp; Logistics Coordinator to help keep deliveries, installations, and customer projects running smoothly from start to finish.

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO
<ul><li>Coordinate deliveries, installations, and customer pick-ups
</li><li>Build and manage daily delivery schedules and routes
</li><li>Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, outsourced crews, and customers
</li><li>Monitor deliveries and adjust schedules as needed throughout the day
</li><li>Help solve scheduling and logistical challenges in real time
</li><li>Ensure orders are accurate, ready, and delivered on schedule
</li><li>Maintain scheduling records and operational documentation

<ul><li>Strong organization and time-management skills
</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
</li><li>High attention to detail and follow-through

</li><li>Logistics, dispatch, scheduling, warehouse, or coordination experience preferred
</li><li>Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems
