Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Extended Stay Hotel Task or AGM to oversee the daily operations of our Extended Stay Hotel property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent guest relations abilities, and a passion for hospitality.Duties: - Manage all aspects of the property, including staff supervision, guest relations, and property maintenance. - Oversee front desk operations and ensure exceptional customer service is provided - Follow implementations of effective budgeting strategies to maintain financial stability - Coordinate with human resources for staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations - Maintain a welcoming environment for residents and guests - Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionallyRequirement:- +8 years Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Strong customer service orientationMust have great leadership and willingness to lead by example.
