Cover TeacherRole Summary: The Cover Teacher is responsible for delivering planned lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive, safe classroom environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver pre-prepared lessons across assigned year groups and subjects.</li><li>Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.</li><li>Ensure student safety, wellbeing, and adherence to school policies.</li><li>Provide basic feedback on student progress and classroom behavior to relevant staff.</li><li>Support school routines, supervision duties, and cover schedules as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education or relevant subject.</li><li>Teaching experience in a school setting preferred.</li><li>Strong classroom management and communication skills.</li><li>Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to different classes.</li></ul>Reporting To: Head of School / Academic LeadershipJob Type: Full-time
