Job Overview Aflac Incorporated is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbus, Georgia, United States. This is a Full-Time position where you will serve as a vital first point of contact for our valued policyholders. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and effective communicator, committed to providing an exceptional level of service and support. You will play a crucial role in upholding our organisation's commitment to being there for our customers when they need us most, ensuring their enquiries are handled with efficiency and care.
