We are hiring Project Coaches to join our fun team in Tucson, AZ! In this role, you'll supervise and develop a team of call center agents. You'll drive performance, build a happy team, and help develop individual skills. *Position is on-site in our Tucson, AZ contact center.*

What you will be doing:
<ul>
<li>Work with a team of people and help them get the most out of their natural talents.</li>
<li>Manage a team of 15 or more call center agents who interact with our clients' customers who call us to get help.</li>
<li>Collaborate with management and your peers to discover best practices and brainstorm ideas to solve challenges big and small.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for individual and team performance improvement, follow an improvement process, and bridge the gap.</li>
<li>Positively resolve conflict and achieve excellent results by balancing a sense of empathy, care, and performance with customers and staff.</li>
<li>Take care of some administrative tasks like managing time off, approving payroll adjustments, managing team schedule adherence, and monitoring performance results.</li>

On-Site Project Coach

<div>We are looking to hire Subrogation Specialists who are either English speaking or English/Spanish Bilingual to join our team! We offer a minimum starting wage of $21.00/hour, with Specialists earning an average monthly bonus of $1,300!

The Subrogation Specialist is responsible for recovering subrogation claims from insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and uninsured tortfeasors. This role requires close collaboration with clients, insured parties, and other stakeholders to maximize recovery while ensuring compliance with state regulations and industry best practices. *Position is on-site in our Bloomington, IL office.* 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Review and manage subrogation files across varying lines of business.</li>
<li>Respond professionally and promptly to telephone calls and emails from clients, adjusters, claimants, witnesses, attorneys, and underwriters.</li>
<li>Review and investigate claims to evaluate liability, assess damages, and determine all viable recovery avenues.</li>
<li>Prepare and analyze files, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of all verbal and written correspondence in applicable systems.</li>
<li>Process carrier-to-carrier subrogation claims.</li>
<li>Research laws and state statutes on subrogation claims to ensure compliance and optimize recovery.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively to obtain and provide necessary information from relevant parties.</li>
<li>Negotiate liability and damage disputes with other insurance carriers and self-insured entities.</li>
<li>Review claim files to evaluate collection potential and develop strategies for each recovery.

Minimum Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred.</li>
<li>3-5 years of subrogation or claims experience preferred.</li>
<li>Med Pay experience preferred.</li>
<li>Adjuster license preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant claims systems.</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to analyze, negotiate, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Demonstrated reasoning and problem-solving abilities.</li>
