Job Summary We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for creating innovative web applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our website and web applications that enhance user experience and drive engagement.Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features</li><li>Develop responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</li><li>Implement server-side logic using frameworks such as Django, ASP.NET, or Node.js</li><li>Manage databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Microsoft SQL Server</li><li>Utilize version control systems like Git and SVN for code management</li><li>Create and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications</li><li>Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code</li><li>Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts</li><li>Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SCSS, Bootstrap, Angular, React, jQuery</li><li>Experience with back-end technologies: Python (Django), PHP (Laravel), Ruby on Rails, Java (Spring Framework)</li><li>Familiarity with database management systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, MongoDB</li><li>Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions</li><li>Understanding of cloud services such as AWS or Azure for application deployment</li><li>Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to present data effectively</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles for web optimization</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated</li></ul>If you are passionate about web development and eager to work on exciting projects that challenge your skills while contributing to the success of our organization, we encourage you to apply.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $45,809.80 - $55,168.79 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
