We run a fast-paced video editing agency working with international clients (mostly short-form content like Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).We&rsquo;re hiring someone who can review videos, fix captions with high accuracy, and identify strong clip moments from podcasts and long-form content.This is NOT a basic proofreading job. You must understand content, attention, and structure.Key Responsibilities1. Video QA &amp; Proofreading (Primary)<ul><li>Review final edited videos frame by frame</li><li>Check captions for spelling, grammar, and meaning accuracy</li><li>Ensure subtitles match tone and context</li><li>Identify timing issues, lag, or visual mismatch</li></ul>2. Clip Extraction (Very Important)<ul><li>Watch long-form content (podcasts, interviews)</li><li>Identify high-retention moments</li><li>Extract clips with:</li><li>Strong hook (first 1&ndash;2 seconds)</li><li>Clear value</li><li>Clean ending</li></ul>3.
