* Prepare and issue accurate invoices for products.* Verify billing information, pricing, quantities, and tax details. Ensure timely dispatch of invoices to customers.* Maintain billing records, ledgers, and transaction databases.* Ensure all billing data is updated, accurate, and audit-ready.* Store digital/physical copies of invoices for compliance.* Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly billing transactions.* Ensure compliance with GST/taxation rules and company billing policies.* Verify orders, delivery notes, purchase orders, and payment terms.* Use ERP/CRM/accounting software (Tally, ZIPERP, Excel, etc.).Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Karjan, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
