Job Overview As a Dentist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the oral health and overall well-being of our patients. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing and treating dental issues while providing exceptional patient care. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to create a welcoming and supportive environment for patients of all ages, ensuring they receive the highest quality of dental services.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.</li><li>Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, endodontics (root canal therapy), oral surgery, and prosthodontics (dental fabrication).</li><li>Utilize advanced dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix for efficient patient management and medical documentation.</li><li>Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment.</li><li>Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating positive experiences for young patients.</li><li>Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and preventive care strategies.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring confidentiality of patient information.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry to optimize patient care and workflow.</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry.</li><li>Experience in pediatric dentistry and familiarity with dental extractions are highly desirable.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnostics.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care while addressing diverse needs.</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it here We are committed to fostering an environment where our team members can thrive both professionally and personally.
