If you have a passion for storytelling, understand the pulse of digital audiences, and can lead compelling campaigns across social platforms &mdash; this role is for you.As a Senior Social Media Strategist at Agadh, you will take the lead in shaping and executing platform-specific social media strategies for our clients and in-house projects. You&rsquo;ll work closely with cross-functional teams, guide junior creatives, and ensure brand narratives are amplified across all channels with clarity, creativity, and consistency. Beyond ideation, you'll be hands-on with content creation, trend mapping, performance analysis, and team collaboration.This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, take ownership of brand voices, and create thumb-stopping content that drives real impact.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and lead creative, platform-specific social media strategies for multiple brands.</li><li>Oversee content planning, calendar creation, and timely publishing across platforms.</li><li>Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-performing mobile-first content (reels, stories, UGC-style videos).</li><li>Guide the visual direction of content using tools like Canva and collaborate with designers for elevated creatives.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.</li><li>Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and content trends.</li><li>Mentor and collaborate with junior team members to elevate overall output.</li><li>Work closely with copywriters, performance marketers, and brand leads to ensure aligned communication.</li><li>Bring fresh ideas to the table during brainstorming and campaign development.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and account management.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and creative content.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in mobile content creation (photo &amp; video).</li><li>Intermediate to advanced skills in Canva and mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.).</li><li>Deep understanding of platform-specific nuances (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.).</li><li>Experience in leading or mentoring junior team members is a plus.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A strategic thinker with a creative edge and hands-on execution ability.</li><li>Passionate about digital storytelling and building engaging brand narratives.</li><li>Analytical and data-driven &mdash; you love measuring what works and iterating quickly.</li><li>Highly organized with strong project and time management skills.</li><li>Proactive, adaptable, and hungry to stay ahead in a fast-evolving digital space.</li><li>A collaborative team player who values feedback and thrives in a creative environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to work from office in chandigarh? </li><li>Can you share your account handles in the section shared below for your application to be considered? </li></ul>Work Location: In person
