<p>UI/UX Designer Responsibilities:</p>
<div><ul><li>Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product vision, interaction, and user experience strategies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Apply UX research methods including user interviews, journey mapping, and user flow creation to uncover insights and inform design decisions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Translate findings into high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs in tools like Figma.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Execute all design stages&mdash;from concept and exploration to final handoff to engineering.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability, visual harmony, and consistency across all touchpoints.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product experiences.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Present design concepts and rationales clearly to stakeholders across teams.</li></ul>

<p>UI/UX Designer Requirements:</p>
<div><ul><li>Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing real-world projects and thoughtful problem-solving.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of UX principles and methods for B2B and ecommerce products.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience creating or maintaining design systems.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to present work confidently.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Awareness of current design trends, accessibility best practices, and emerging design technologies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience working in Agile or collaborative product teams is a plus.</li></ul>
