This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze business processes and leverage data to drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should be a married female with 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant or similar role, with strong skills in communication, reporting and stakeholder communication.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as a reliable point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.</li><li>Manage, prioritize, and respond to emails, correspondence, and phone calls on behalf of the MD.</li><li>Draft, review, and proofread letters, reports, presentations, and other official documents.</li><li>Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion.</li></ul>Key Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as Executive Assistant.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS</li><li>High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.</li><li>Shorthand (preferred).</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination skills.</li><li>Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.</li><li>Trustworthy, dependable, and flexible to accommodate dynamic schedules.</li><li>High attention to detail and deadline-oriented.</li></ul>Working Days: Mon-Sat (6 Days)Working Hours: 10am-7pmJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How much time would it take you to reach Kamla Nagar?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Personal assistant: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
