Job Overview This position will support the Contracts Department in two key areas: Promoting existing state contracts for flags and banners to eligible government offices through targeted outreach and advertising.Managing bid opportunities, including researching solicitations, drafting compliant proposals, and coordinating submissions.This position requires a mix of relationship-building, sales initiative, and detail-oriented proposal development.Responsibilities<ul><li>Promote existing state contracts to eligible government agencies, ensuring awareness of available products.</li><li>Conduct outreach campaigns (email, phone, events) to generate new sales from government offices.</li><li>Research and track upcoming bid opportunities across federal, state, and local levels.</li><li>Prepare and submit competitive proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs.</li><li>Coordinate with production, design, and operations to ensure proposals reflect accurate capabilities and pricing.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers and agency buyers.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback for strategy improvement.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular sales/proposal reports.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably with government clients.</li><li>Strong understanding of government purchasing processes and bid procedures.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple contracts, proposals, and deadlines simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Experience with state procurement systems and vendor portals.</li><li>CRM experience</li><li>Familiarity with GSA schedules or state master contracts.</li><li>Knowledge of print, signage, or banner/flag manufacturing processes.</li><li>Experience with marketing campaigns for B2G (Business to Government).</li><li>Graphic design skills for proposal visuals and outreach materials.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;65,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Your current pay per month</li><li>Your expected pay per month</li><li>Notice period</li><li>Are you comfortable to work in US Shift timings</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
