Position Summary The Landscape Enhancements Foreman is responsible for leading a crew in the installation and completion of landscape enhancement projects including irrigation improvements, plant installations, hardscape features, grading, and site improvements. This role ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards while maintaining clear communication with supervisors and team members.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and lead landscape enhancement crews on assigned projects</li><li>Coordinate daily job tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and safely</li><li>Install landscape enhancements including plant material, irrigation systems, turf, hardscape elements, and other landscape improvements</li><li>Read and interpret landscape plans, layouts, and specifications</li><li>Operate and oversee the use of landscape equipment and tools</li><li>Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations</li><li>Maintain a safe job site and enforce safety procedures</li><li>Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques</li><li>Monitor materials and equipment needed for projects and communicate needs to management</li><li>Maintain accurate daily job reports including labor, materials, and project progress</li><li>Communicate with the Landscape Enhancements Director regarding project status and any challenges</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience in landscape construction or landscape enhancements</li><li>Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred</li><li>Knowledge of plant installation, irrigation systems, grading, and hardscape installation</li><li>Ability to read landscape plans and layouts</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Ability to safely operate landscape construction equipment including:</li><li>Skid steer</li><li>Mini excavator</li><li>Backhoe</li><li>Loader</li><li>Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Irrigation troubleshooting and installation experience</li><li>Experience with pavers, block, or small retaining walls</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred</li><li>OSHA or safety training is a plus</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Outdoor work environment</li><li>Physical labor including lifting, digging, and operating equipment</li><li>Fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Hourly pay: $26 &ndash; $30 per hour depending on experience</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Training and professional development</li><li>Health benefits and company perks (if applicable)</li></ul>Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
