We are currently seeking a <b>Hospice Social Worker</b> to join our group of diverse, compassionate providers to deliver the highest quality of care to our patient population. At <b>AgeRight Hospice</b>, we honor this life transition by addressing physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs for patients with a life expectancy of six months or less who have chosen to forgo further attempts at curative treatment. As a <b>Hospice Social Worker</b>, you&rsquo;ll be coordinating care efforts for patients and their family in their time of need.<br>

Qualifications:
<div>
Must meet <b>at least one</b> of the following:</div><ul><li>
Have an MSW degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), and one year of experience in a health care setting.</li><li>
Have a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Social Work (BSW) from a school of social work accredited by the CSWE, and one year of experience in a health care setting and be supervised by a MSW from a school of social work accredited by the CSWE and who has one year of experience in a health care setting.</li><li>
Have a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in psychology, sociology or other field related to social work, and at least one year of social work experience in a health care setting and be supervised by an MSW from a school of social work accredited by the CSWE and who has one year of experience in a health care setting.</li></ul>
