Ltd. and Group Companies (EDPL, ARPL, HLYWD MD, Ageless Institute, CliniNeo, ETERNO, etc.) Location: Mumbai &ndash; Head Office (Versova) Reporting To: Group COO - Experience: 6 to 10 Years Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field CTC Range: &#8377;50,000 &ndash; &#8377;80,000 per month (CTC) Working Days &amp; Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PMRole OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Supply Chain &amp; Inventory Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain operations for our skin, hair, and aesthetic products and devices across the Ageless Group of Companies.The role involves managing day-to-day supply chain operations, leading the warehouse &amp; logistics team, and ensuring strong execution discipline, cross-department coordination, and adherence to deadlines for all procurement, stock movement, and distribution activities.Key Responsibilities1. Procurement &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Manage local and international procurement for skincare, haircare, and aesthetic consumables, devices, and retail SKUs.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings.</li><li>Ensure timely order placement, GRN, and invoice reconciliation across all group entities.</li><li>Maintain vendor master data, contracts, and performance evaluations.</li></ul>2. Day-to-Day Supply Chain &amp; Operations Management<ul><li>Plan, supervise, and execute daily supply chain activities&mdash;including purchase, inward/outward stock movement, order fulfilment, and replenishment for clinics and distributors.</li><li>Lead and monitor the warehouse, logistics, and procurement team to ensure operational discipline and target achievement.</li><li>Track and close all daily dispatches, pending POs, and inward material receipts within defined timelines.</li><li>Coordinate closely with the finance, clinic operations, and sales teams to align stock availability with business requirements.</li><li>Ensure 100% execution of operational plans with adherence to deadlines, accuracy, and compliance standards.</li></ul>3. Inventory &amp; Warehouse Management<ul><li>Manage central and regional warehouse operations ensuring accurate stock levels and FIFO/FEFO implementation.</li><li>Monitor daily stock movements (inward/outward/returns) and ensure ERP synchronization (Wondersoft/Business Central).</li><li>Conduct monthly physical stock audits and ensure zero variance with system reports.</li><li>Track stock aging, expiry, and slow-moving items, initiating corrective actions proactively.</li></ul>4. Logistics &amp; Distribution<ul><li>Plan and execute dispatches for B2B (clinics, doctors, distributors) and B2C (Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, etc.) channels.</li><li>Manage coordination with logistics partners (DTDC, Shiprocket, Bluedart, etc.) for cost-efficient and timely deliveries.</li><li>Ensure compliance with E-way bills, GST documentation, and inter-state stock transfers.</li></ul>5. Import &amp; Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Handle import documentation, shipment tracking, and customs clearance for aesthetic devices and products.</li><li>Ensure compliance with DGFT, CDSCO, and other regulatory bodies for imported goods.</li><li>Liaise with overseas suppliers for timely shipment updates, product certifications, and regulatory documentation.</li></ul>6. MIS, Reporting &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS on procurement status, stock movement, consumption, and stock variance.</li><li>Present actionable analytics on stock aging, reorder points, and inventory health to management.</li><li>Collaborate with the finance team for monthly stock reconciliation and valuation reports.</li></ul>7.
