<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You&rsquo;ll Do as a Memory Care Manager</h3>
<ul><li>Lead with heart: Recruit, train, and mentor your team while creating an environment built on trust, compassion, and respect.</li>
<li>Inspire &amp; empower staff: Provide coaching, recognition, and professional development to help your team succeed.</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional care: Collaborate with families, providers, and staff to ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality support using the Best Friends&trade; Approach to Alzheimer&rsquo;s care.</li>
<li>Ensure safety &amp; compliance: Oversee care plans, safety protocols, and documentation while maintaining regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Engage &amp; connect: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community through events, programs, and meaningful interactions.</li>
<li>Support operations: Manage departmental budgets, assist with marketing and outreach, and keep the neighborhood welcoming, safe, and organized.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3>
<ul><li>A degree in Geriatrics, Elder Care, or a related field (preferred).</li>
<li>2+ years of leadership experience with proven supervisory skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of facility licensure regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.</li>
<li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</li>
<li>Proficiency with computers and social media.</li>
<li>A warm, approachable personality with a passion for seniors and memory care.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and step into other roles as needed.</li>
