Role DescriptionThis is an on-site Full-time role for a Business Development Executive, based in Bahria Town Phase 8 Rawalpindi. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client relationships. Additional duties include account management, establishing strong communication channels with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure business objectives are met.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sales Pitch &amp; Client Engagement: Deliver impactful presentations and sales pitches, clearly communicating the value of Agile&rsquo;s cybersecurity and IT solutions to prospective clients.</li><li>End-to-End Account Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and post-sale engagement.</li><li>Proposal Development &amp; Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals aligned with both client expectations and company objectives.</li><li>Target-Based Sales Execution: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to revenue growth.</li><li>Market &amp; Industry Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and tailor solutions.</li><li>Pre- &amp; Post-Sales Coordination: Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and continued client satisfaction.</li><li>Vendor Coordination: Maintain ongoing communication with solution vendors to ensure product alignment, timely updates, and effective support for client needs.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1 plus years of experience in BD/ Sales</li><li>Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation</li><li>Strong background in Business and Account Management</li><li>Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and client outreach</li><li>Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred</li><li>Knowledge of IT and Digital Transformation industry trends</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
