We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to handle incoming booking calls from customers across the UK. You will be responsible for entering journey details accurately, dispatching vehicles efficiently, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.</li><li>Take accurate booking information from customers.</li><li>Use dispatch software to assign jobs to drivers.</li><li>Monitor driver progress and ensure timely pickups.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or changes to bookings.</li><li>Maintain clear and polite communication with both customers and drivers.</li><li>Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Prior experience in taxi dispatch is mandatory.</li><li>Familiarity with UK geography and postcode system (a plus).</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Comfortable using computer-based dispatch systems.</li><li>Willing to work UK time shifts, including nights and weekends.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs450.00 - Rs550.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Inbound TaxI Controller : 2 years (Required)</li><li>Taxi Dispatching : 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
