The candidate will be required to support the Germany Offshore Services sourcing team with the following tasks:</p><p></p><ul><li>Use ARIBA to generate and manage renewals of Supplier Purchase Orders</li><li>Manage communications with low volume vendors; Agency letters, quotations, invoice follow-ups etc. in German language</li><li>Invoice Audit and payment processing.</li></ul>
- Processing and maintaining supplier data as part of Enterprise Solution deals - Quotations, Purchase Orders, Invoices, instruments, etc.<br>
<ul><li>Prepare PO and/or Invoice reports as required.</li><li>Negotiate/establish pricing for small sized deals (strong negotiation skills are needed)</li><li>Be able to work EMEA time zone (strong need due to many phone calls required to get quotations and chase people).</li><li>Draft, review, edit and modify Service Agreement and Statement of Work documents as required.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>Expertise in German language read, write, speak (B1)</li></ul><p>
- At least 5 -7 years of total work experience.</p><ul><li>Understanding of procurement/sourcing process</li><li>Attention to detail, to be able to validate and track POs, Invoices etc.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment</li><li>Be able to take objectives and translate them into daily set of activities</li><li>Ability to multi-task and follow-up on outstanding tasks</li><li>Effective problem solver</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German language</li><li>Good in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word</li><li>Enthusiastic team player who demonstrates initiative and delivers results.</li><li>Open-minded and active listener who can pull inputs and different perspectives from others</li><li>Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a cross-geographic, cross-organizational and cross-cultural team.</li><li>Good negotiation skills</li></ul><p></p><p><b>

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.<p></p>
