&#9679; Responsible for the coordination, scheduling, dispatching and planning of customer freightshipments. Tracking shipments / Handling customers' inquiries.&#9679; Monitor and make sure that drivers pick-up and deliver on time.&#9679; Monitor shipments throughout transit in order to effectively meet delivery schedules andmaintain contact with drivers throughout the day.&#9679; Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers toestablish new routes for timely deliveries.&#9679; Ensure Driver has all paperwork and load info necessary to complete their load satisfyingboth customer expectations and HOS regulations.&#9679; Act as the main point of contact for all driver facing communication via phone, Qualcommand E-mail.&#9679; Work with the Company Trucking Management software (BROKER PRO and LOAD STOP)&#9679; Update and enter daily delivery orders, schedules, Proof of Delivery&#9679; Preparing Invoices and submission of paperwork with brokers and accounting team.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
