Join a reputable restaurant in the UAE and become a key part of our back-end operations.Position: Female AdminIndustry: Restaurant / Food &amp; BeverageJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE.If you have strong administrative skills and the drive to contribute to a growing business, this is the opportunity for you.Join a reputable restaurant in Abu Dhabi and become an essential part of our back-office operations.We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented female candidate with experience in administrative support within the F&amp;B industry.Your role will directly support operational efficiency across HR, payroll, purchasing, and general administration.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping for daily sales, employee attendance, payroll, inventory, purchases and HR files.</li><li>Request, Track and encode purchase orders, supplier invoices, and delivery receipts into the system.</li><li>Monitor and manage employee attendance logs and ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and leave balances.</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth documentation of operational tasks.</li><li>Assist in processing and filing HR documents, memos, and correspondence.</li><li>Prepare and update administrative reports, expense sheets, and tracking logs as needed.</li><li>Support day-to-day office management tasks and general admin duties.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Gender: Female (as per business preference)</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2 years in a administrative role</li><li>Prior experience in a restaurant or F&amp;B business in the UAE preferred</li><li>Basic accountant skills is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with Omega software or other Restaurant Softwares is a strong advantage</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools</li><li>Good command of English (spoken and written)</li><li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure</li><li>Reliable, proactive, and good at following structured processes</li></ul>We value individuals who are proactive, reliable, and eager to grow with us.If you're someone who enjoys working in a structured yet dynamic environment and understands the pace of restaurant operations, we want to hear from you.Apply now.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
