We are seeking a Sales Closer with a strong background in sales and exceptional interpersonal skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales closing, the ability to understand client pain points, and the confidence to present IT solutions that drive business value.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Engage with prospects and leads to understand their business needs.</li><li>Present and demonstrate IT solutions (ERP, Zoho, and other related services) in a clear, value-driven manner.</li><li>Overcome objections and close sales effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with the pre-sales/technical team to ensure smooth handover and solution implementation.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in IT or software solutions.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.</li><li>IT background is a must (applications, ERP, or software services).</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with consultative selling skills.</li><li>Dubai driving license is a plus.</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you walk us through your most recent successful sale of a high-value B2B solution?
