The ideal candidate will have strong content creation skills, an eye for design, and the ability to analyze and improve performance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement creative social media content plans</li><li>Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics) for multiple platforms</li><li>Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.</li><li>Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates for fresh content ideas</li><li>Engage with audience &mdash; respond to comments, messages &amp; community interactions</li><li>Coordinate with designers, content writers &amp; marketing team for campaigns</li><li>Track KPIs and analyze performance via insights &amp; analytics tools</li><li>Assist in running social media ads and boosting campaigns (basic understanding)</li><li>Maintain brand voice, quality and consistency across all digital communication</li><li>Conduct competitor research and market trends analysis</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms &amp; trends</li><li>Excellent written &amp; verbal communication skills</li><li>Basic graphic designing skills (Canva/Photoshop preferred)</li><li>Video editing skills for reels/shorts (basic)</li><li>Understanding of analytics (Meta insights, Google Analytics preferred)</li><li>Creativity &amp; storytelling ability</li><li>Time management &amp; multitasking</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication / Media / Digital Marketing or equivalent</li><li>1&ndash;3 years experience in social media marketing (Freshers with good portfolio can apply)</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with social media ads</li><li>Knowledge of SEO &amp; hashtags strategy</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Canva, CapCut</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
