 Job Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 &middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration or a related field
 
 
 
 
 
 Industry Experience:
 
 
 &middot; Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or a similar role
 
 
 
 
 
 Systems &amp; Tools Knowledge:
 
 
 &middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), familiarity with ERP systems, document management systems, and virtual communication tools.
 
 
 
 
 
 Technical &amp; Professional Competencies:
 
 
 &middot; Strong organizational and time management skills
 
 
 &middot; Excellent communication and coordination abilities
 
 
 &middot; High attention to detail and accuracy
 
 
 &middot; Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
 
 
 &middot; Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
 
 
 &middot; High level of integrity when handling petty cash and confidential information
 
 
 &middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration or a related field
 
 
 
 
 
 Key duties and responsibilities:
 
 
 Manage travel arrangements, office supplies, petty cash, invoices, and official correspondence. Oversee transportation services, mobile and Mi‑Fi subscriptions, company car licenses, medical approvals, and building maintenance. Supervise support staff, maintain administrative records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
