Technical Skills<ul><li>ERP (4QT) operation for receipts and sales accounting</li><li>Tally ERP for bookkeeping and ledger maintenance</li><li>Bank &amp; vendor reconciliation</li><li>GST return verification, GSTR-2B analysis, and compliance</li><li>TDS calculation &amp; reporting</li><li>Brokerage calculation &amp; billing</li><li>Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation)</li></ul>2. Soft Skills (Equally Important)<ul><li>Attention to detail &amp; high accuracy</li><li>Compliance awareness (statutory &amp; tax)</li><li>Time management &amp; meeting deadlines</li><li>Analytical ability for mismatch detection</li><li>Effective communication with HO, vendors, and contractors</li><li>Documentation and record-keeping discipline</li></ul>Key Responsibilities (KRAs)<ul><li>ERP &amp; Receipts Management Timely and accurate issue of receipts and updating of sales/account data in 4QT ERP.</li><li>Complete &amp; Accurate Bookkeeping &mdash; Proper recording of all receipts, payments, journal entries, purchases, expenses, and contra transactions in Tally.</li><li>Bank Reconciliation &mdash; Immediate and error-free reconciliation of bank statements as soon as received.</li><li>Party Reconciliation &mdash; Monthly reconciliation with all vendors, contractors, and customers to ensure zero outstanding mismatches.</li><li>GST Compliance &mdash; Verify vendor GST validity; check GST deposition by parties; match actual bills with GSTR-2B inputs; flag and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Bill &amp; Payment Verification &mdash; Ensure bills match work orders, statutory formats, and support accurate payment recommendations to Head Office.</li><li>Documentation Control &mdash; Collect, verify, and hand over all original bills and work orders to Head Office timely.</li><li>TDS Data Preparation &mdash; Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly TDS reports/returns.</li><li>Brokerage Processing &mdash; Calculate brokerage correctly and process broker bills for timely payment.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Support &mdash; Provide prompt and reliable assistance to Head Office on queries related to vendors, customers, bills, receipts, and payments.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
