We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for identifying talent, and the ability to manage multiple open roles efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.</li><li>Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.</li><li>Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.</li><li>Screen resumes and applications.</li><li>Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment status.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques</li><li>Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
