The successful candidate will serve as a central point of contact for both internal and external communication regarding our trucking operation.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Answering and responding to inbound calls from company drivers</li><li>Handling inbound and outbound customer phone calls as needed</li><li>Manage and coordinate resources, ensuring efficient and effective responses</li><li>Receiving and relaying information to field personnel</li><li>Daily monitoring of all company trucking routes in multiple terminals</li><li>Updating information systems to accurately reflect dispatched tasks</li><li>Coordinating with operations team to perform emergency roll-off and trailer services</li><li>Coordinating inbound load schedule with Long Haul Team</li><li>Gathering documentation of completed services and seeing-through to final billing</li><li>Interfacing with terminal managers &amp; office staff on day-to-day issues.</li><li>Scheduling &amp; coordinating deliveries and shipments of various customer supplies</li><li>Manage records of material inventory at customer sites and internal warehousing</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience and proficiency in standard logistics software.</li><li>Prior experience in a trucking dispatch role preferred</li><li>Emphasis on customer service.</li><li>Time management skills.</li><li>Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with customers &amp; employees</li></ul>Pay: From $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li></ul>Work Location: In person
