Our mission is to empower farmers by providing easy access to reliable, high-quality agri-solutions and seamless online services.Role Overview:The E-Commerce Dispatch Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end dispatch and logistics operations for all e-commerce orders. This role ensures timely, accurate, and cost-efficient order fulfillment while maintaining high operational standards and smooth coordination among internal teams and external logistics partners.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the complete dispatch cycle, including order processing, packaging, labeling, and shipment.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with warehouse and courier partners to ensure timely order deliveries.</li><li>Monitor and track shipments, resolving any logistics or delivery-related issues promptly. Ensure adherence to packaging, labeling, and documentation guidelines as per company standards.</li><li>Maintain and analyze daily dispatch reports, performance metrics, and courier performance.</li><li>Optimize dispatch processes to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with inventory, operations, and customer support teams for smooth order management.</li><li>Handle escalations related to delayed, misplaced, or returned shipments.</li><li>Supervise and train dispatch team members to ensure adherence to SOPs and productivity standards.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in e-commerce dispatch or logistics management.</li><li>Strong understanding of dispatch operations, courier integrations, and inventory coordination.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce dispatch tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
