Agriteer's Cecilton Service department is looking to add two additional experienced agricultural equipment service techs to their Team. These positions will service various kinds of agricultural equipment both in the shop and on the road. One position is open immediately, and the other will be open as of April 1st.Responsibilities for this full-time position include:<ul><li>Set-up, service and repair agriculture equipment in a timely and accurate fashion while focusing on quality service</li><li>Providing accurate and complete records on work orders and submitting them timely</li></ul>The ideal candidate for this great opportunity will have:<ul><li>Experience with the maintenance and repair of agriculture equipment</li><li>A positive attitude, exuding courtesy and helpfulness</li><li>An ability to thrive in a Team atmosphere and when working independently</li><li>A strong Customer service focus</li><li>Dependability &ndash; meeting commitments, accepting accountability</li><li>An adequate tool inventory</li><li>A current, valid and clean driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Willingness to embrace and model the Agriteer LLC Core Values</li><li>Availability to work Saturday morning hours and overtime as required</li></ul>Compensation Package:The position offers full-time benefits including health, vision and dental insurance, 401(k) w/company match &amp; others.Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Prescription drug insurance</li><li>Profit sharing</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
